Lean manufacturing is the process of identifying waste in processes performed repeatedly, to minimize loss of revenue and improve efficiency. We’ll talk to Nautel’s Head of Operations, Brian Irwin, about some of the philosophies and processes used at Nautel to accomplish this goal and how that ties into our policy of Continuous Improvement. Beyond that, we’ll try to provide some practical ideas of how this could be tied into everyday life – both at home and at a broadcast facility.
