Hackett’s Cove, Nova Scotia; IBC Stand 8.C71 – Nautel’s new VX Series of FM transmitters, 11 analog models ranging from 150 W to 6 kW, will be featured on the company’s stand at IBC 2022. These compact models feature advanced control, instrumentation, easy service, and extensive operational capabilities. The VX Series is managed through Nautel’s new HTML5 Advanced User Interface (AUI), which has undergone a complete re-design over the past few years and is now starting deployment across Nautel’s product lines.

Nautel is accepting pre-orders for the VX Series now; first deliveries for the 150 W to 2 kW systems anticipated in Q4 2022, and 3 kW to 6 kW shipments in Q1 2023.

Digidia, a leading company for digital radio transmission equipment with more than 300 digital radio deployments all over the world, joined the Nautel team in 2021. The company recently received orders from two major European broadcast operators for large DAB multiplexing systems, one which is operated in the cloud.

As part of Nautel’s ongoing commitment toward the advancement of digital radio technologies, a special DRM event will be held on the stand on Saturday, 10 September, from 1300 – 1500. Titled “DRM is Ready for FM” this event will feature speakers from the DRM Consortium as well as Nautel and Digidia.
