Kevin Rodgers, P.Eng. Hackett’s Cove, NS Kevin joined Nautel Limited in 1985 as a Field Service Engineer, primarily responsible for the troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of Nautel equipment. He has firmly established Nautel’s reputation as having the best customer support department in the industry. Kevin has been on the Board of Directors for Nautel for over 16 years and is currently the Director of Customer Service for Nautel.

When not in the office Kevin spends time with his vintage car collection. Made in his home town of Saint John, NB the Bricklin is a favorite weekend hobby for Kevin and his family including trips to the annual car shows held each summer.

Customer Service Technicians

	Nelson Bohorquez Quincy, IL A science and technology buff, Nelson is also a real family man. He’s been married 26 years and has three children. An ideal day for Nelson would be spending time with his family in Myrtle Beach, SC, going on a long hike, then relaxing with some classical music.		Steve Braley Bangor, ME Having spent over 22 years with Nautel, Steve has seen it all. A devoted father of two, Steve can be found roller skating, going to movies or playing a video game with his family. Steve is an east coast guy through and through; he loves seafood, Stephen King novels and the Boston Red Sox.
	Terry Crouse Hackett’s Cove, NS This pizza lovin’ Montreal Canadiens fan has been with Nautel for 15 years. An active sportsman, Terry likes to spend time playing hockey, football or golf. When not on the sports field you can find Terry touring around on his motorcycle.		Bachar Dib Hackett’s Cove, NS Bachar brings over a decade of installation, operation and troubleshooting experience in transmitter and RF systems. An active member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers and holding a Bachelor of Science in Electronics, Bachar will focus on Middle East installations and service.
	Joey Kloss Denver, CO Joey has been in the broadcast field for 13+ years. Joey’s talents range from broadcast systems installation to specialized IT networking solutions. He is an alumni of the University of Colorado at Denver and his main passion is for the recording arts which brought him to the broadcast industry in 1999.		Scott Macleod Hackett’s Cove, NS Scott joined Nautel in 1995 and has worked in engineering, product support and now customer service. A bit of a joker (do you believe he’s a grandfather?), Scott loves to play golf and plans on turning pro once he’s shaved 40 strokes off his handicap bringing him to par!
	Ryan Swinamer Hackett’s Cove, NS When we have a sports question…we go to Ryan. A real sports fan, Ryan counts skiing (both water and downhill), hockey and golf among his favorites. Ryan has three years of service with Nautel and can clear up any technical questions you may have.		Gary Warner Hackett’s Cove, NS Gary has been at Nautel for five years. Originally from the UK, Gary is teaching the kids in his neighborhood the game of Cricket. Bit of a sticky wicket that ‘eh Gary? In addition to being an active sportsman, Gary enjoys cooking up spicy dishes in the kitchen and eating a good curry.

	Wendy Boutilier Hackett’s Cove, NS Wendy is celebrating 23 years of service with Nautel! Married with two teenager daughters, Wendy loves her 12-year old yellow lab named Harley. When not taking Harley for a walk, Wendy enjoys reading, gardening and scrap booking…but not when the Toronto Maple Leafs are on TV!		Kandace Gall Hackett’s Cove, NS Kandace is newly married and currently on maternity leave with her first baby. She also has two ‘furry’ children (Westies Piper and Brody). A self-proclaimed home body, Kandace enjoys hanging out with family and friends, watching movies, scrap-booking and card-making.
	Cathy Ninos Hackett’s Cove, NS A customer service specialist with over eight years of service, Cathy is married with a daughter and two dogs. A fan of the great outdoors Cathy enjoys camping and hiking, and also counts figure skating (from the sidelines) and eating great Greek cuisine among her favorite non-work related activities.		Amanda Wilcox Bangor, ME Amanda knows a thing or two about Nautel. She has been with us for 20 years! Plus her husband also works here. A mom to four children and three pets, Amanda unwinds in the great outdoors – she enjoys camping, cross country skiing, snow-mobiling, hiking and kayaking.
	Lisa Bolton Hackett’s Cove, NS The newest member of the administrative team, Lisa is originally from the UK. Married with one teenage daughter and a beautiful Goldendoodle named Leo, Lisa loves going out on her boat, 4-wheeling, skiing, camping, and doesn’t mind getting dirty helping her husband with his powersport repair business!
