IPR Overview Utilizing a convenient interface, the Nautel IPR HD Radio™ Importer permits selection of IBOC service modes and partitioning of IBOC signal bandwidth for a variety of audio and data services. The IPR, which includes studio-quality audio cards, can enable up to two secondary audio services. When secondary audio is provided by an automation system that supports HD PAD (Program Associated Data), the IPR will merge PAD into the IBOC data allowing you to deliver an informed listening experience.

XPR Overview
The Exporter is an important part of the digital broadcast equation. Utilizing standard HD Radio software created by iBiquity Digital, the Exporter codes main program service audio and combines it with audio and data services from the Importer. By implementing a delay in the analog audio signal, the Exporter allows a receiver to seamlessly blend between digital and analog audio to ensure minimal service interuptions. All these features packaged with Plug and Play performance make the XPR Exporter a versatile component in Nautel’s HD Radio package.
