HIGH FREQUENCY POWER AMPLIFIERS

Nautel continues its tradition of designing solid state amplifiers that replace inefficient tube amplifiers. Using our expertise in matching networks, including patented designs, we have recently designed, manufactured, and sold high power RF amplifier for dielectric heating and drying applications.

Nautel's HF amplifiers are available in various power levels on standard ISM (industrial, scientific, and medical) operating frequency 6.78 MHz.

Nautel's Solid State HF Amplifiers Feature:

• Extremely high operating efficiencies (overall efficiency - 80%), which results in power and cost savings of about 37% over vacuum tube equipment.
• Modular design allows for a high degree of redundancy and ease of maintenance.
• Amplifier continues to operate at reduced power in the event of a module failure(s).
• No aging characteristics, unlike vacuum tubes!
• Built-in protection.
• Air cooling, no water or antifreeze required.
• Adjustable output for manual or remote operation.
• Suitable for automated process control.
• 50 ohms unbalnced standard interface, which allows for accurate power measurements.
