- A quarterly NUGGET newsletter featuring troubleshooting tip and tricks from Nautel's Customer Service team and user reports from Nautel users
- Online access to the restricted NUG website which contains transmitter manuals, technical frequently asked questions (FAQs), information sheets, and information about field upgrades
- Special NUG discounts on select Nautel training programs
