Nautel's David Grace Assumes Chairman of the Board, Appoints New President & CEO Hackett's Cove, Nova Scotia, May 6, 2003
- After 33 years, David Grace has retired from his position of
President and CEO of Nautel. Present and past employees joined together
on February 27th to honor Grace at Nautel's Halifax, Nova Scotia
facility. "I have appreciated working with such a great group
of people, and have been very pleased with the achievements of Nautel
over the years," remarked Grace during his farewell speech to an
appreciative crowd. Grace will remain active at Nautel, serving as
Chairman of the Board of Directors. Scott Campbell, who joined
Nautel in 2001 as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has been
appointed to the position of President and CEO as of March 1st, 2003.
With more than 16 years experience in communications technology in both
Engineering and Marketing functions, Campbell is a logical and welcome
addition to the Nautel team. "I am looking forward to
continuing the Nautel tradition of engineering excellence, and to
Dave's continued contributions as Chairman," said Campbell. |
